someone's really into overclocking video cards
ffs..... fans on them high-end cards take up one pci slot when you buy them.... that's gonna cover at least two.... it suck if u need a modem, 2 network cards and a sound card

a mod like this would block at least 2 PCI slots..... thats what he means.
