Is it possible to edit the strictness of the referees on the Xbox version either by increasing or decressing their strictness?

They make often some stupid decisions and that's driving me crazy.

hello? ok, I've got access to ini.big and don't really know what to do here.
//There are three setting for ref Strictness
// 0 = normal
// 1 = DEBUG EASY (no carding)
// 2 = DEBUG STRICT

REFEREE_STRICTNESS = 0
REFCALL_NO_FOUL = 0

I don't know what to do here.

I just need a yes or no answer. Is it possible to keep the referees from calling those unnecessary fouls? probably not.

yeah, it's possible. I've got my xbox and pc networked. That's a different story.
I've given up on this whole idea of referee editing. Probably not possible.

I have been wonderin if you can do such with the rest of the game.

What would the requirements be for doing this?

PC Version and Xbox version of fifa 2004? along with... a networked xbox and pc?

... of course this is all hypothetical:(
