Would it be possible for someone to make an ESPN2 or FSC score overlay?

I'd like something more than just the generic in-game one, and I didn't know if it was even something that is possible, but seeing as how other EA Sports games are capable, I was hoping so. I was hoping for the ESPN2 broadcast one or the Fox Soccer Channel one.

I know someone have make one but not for this fox channel soccer or epsn i will ask him. you are american? u should come and be in Europe and play our football.
