World volleyball league aka The Sveteca Monologues

We have amazing team:Last year in the finals in Moscow we beat first Brazil by 3-0,after that Italy by 3-0 and finally Serbia by 3-0.After this sth got wrong and we lost 0-3 by France in the semi.I am from Varna,where Bulgaria plays their home matches.Every weekend 6 000 people full the arena.Boian Iordanov and Matey Kaziyski are 1rst and 2nd best servers-what more should i say.Tonight`s match against Argentina in San Juah will be hard because our team travelled 18 hours,changed 4 planes and travelled 1100 km from the capital to San Juan.THey haven`t trained for 4 days,so it will be hard ;]

yeap man i just can`t understand what happened in the 3rd set.We lead 23-20 and u took it by 25-23.PfffBy the way do u remember what happened 3 years ago in the world league.We beat u in Varna twice by 3-0 and it was about 25-13;17;20 ;]Anyway i expect us to beat twice argentina and china,u should do the same and after that we will make beautiful 4 matches ;]

That's what I call Polish Powerrrr

It would be great if we could keep on winning till big final in Katowice in Spodek. This will be the best final in history of World League, even if Poland won't advance so far in tournament. Polish fans always do that unique atmosphere there

Here in Bulgaria fans are good but we don`t have big and modern arena.What i mean is that we have only 1 arena with 5 000 seats and it is older than 30 years.No big video screen,no anything.I have seen your matches on Eurosport 2 and your arena is beautiful.I think Poland and Bulgaria are the best teams in Europe and wouldn`t be surprised if this is the final in the european championship in Moscow.But with Kaziyski in our team,we can beat anyone;]

I'm browsing the world ranking at FIVB.com and there's Italy on second place(:/) Whay they are doing there?

Well these standings are a bit unfair.Last year Egypt were 5th....And the Italians are so corrupted.Last year Poland should have got a wild card but they chose Italy which was 3rd before Russia and France...

Did you see the composition of group A? Now I know why Brazil still advances to play-off. Finland, Canada and South Korea aren't exacting rivals for World champs.

Finland took a set from Brazil in Brazil...Well our group isnt also harder when we know that 2 teams go through...

The best server in the world + best european player for last year.Best player in the Russian League + Best player according to Dynamo Moscow fans .

I would write out successes of Wlazły, but I really do not have the readiness to translate them on English. But you can trust me that both of them (Kaziyski and Wlazły) play on the same level.

I would forget! Polish league if far better than Russian league, so, we cannot compare their accomplishments because of differences in level of playing in both leagues.

League really matters.For example Vladimir Nikolov,who was european champion with Tour ,France and MVP of the final four played in Japan last season and there were matches on which he scored 53 points (34 on average)The cool thing is that this year in the champion league,Scra Belhatov with Wlazly and our Evgeni Ivanov played with Levski Sofia.Levski didn`t have stars ,except one-Boian Yordanov.And Levski beat Scra by 3-2.34 Points by Yordanov.He became famous in the world cup match against France.They led by 2-0 and 21-17.Then Yordanov (no one knew this 17 year old boy before) came and with his amazing,just amazing left hand helped us to win by 3-2 and qualify to the 1/2 finals against Poland.By the way Yordanov is leader to servers by the amazing 12 acces in only 10 sets.(second is Kazyiski)Remember this ''left hand''And what about our serving... ;]

Seriously now, Brazil are using the group matches only for practice... which is why they lost 2 sets to S. Korea in Asia.... The big names aren't playing (Giba, Ricardinho...)

Our captain isnt playing too (Plamen Konstantinov)and our best blocker Evgeni Ivanov.,,but we win

It was 2-1 for Argentina and 19-11 for them when Matey Kaziyski start serving and we won by 25-19.No more to add.
