World Club Cup Tournament Patch?

Pardon my ignorance if this HAS been covered. I have done a number of searches and looked through a lot of threads but don't seem to have found anything.

Has anyone created a World Club Cup tournament patch? I realize it would be a bit limited because of the lack of leagues within the game, but it seems to me a pretty decent tournament could be set up with 6 teams, 4 in a qualifying round.

Does something already exist? If not is creating this sort of tournament in Creation Master as easy as it seems?

Is there a known problem of FIFA not recognizing some champions in year 1 of a manager mode?

For example, I created the tournament I wanted, tried a career with Man U and it didn't appear. I then edited the tournament to change the qualification criteria from 'ECC Winner' to 'Premier League Winner' (shouldn't have mattered since they were both set to Manchester United), went back and started another career and it was there.

This is not a problem. Just use a tournament id smaller than 95 and you will have the tournament in the first year ;)

I have another question - why does the game seem to ignore my qualification criteria sometimes? For example, i have the MLS champion in my tournament, and they are set as the Houston Dynamo - the game seems to be pulling a team randomly from MLS.

Also, it seems to keep subsituting Chelsea for the A-League Champion (which i've also specific as Adelaide United).

Is there some option i'm missing or does the game sometimes have trouble with qualification? Or is it just qualification for year 1?

In the first year the game does not see the qualifications (yellow rule in CM) but only the team you put in the white space. Only from the second year the game evaluates the teams according to qualifications but only if you put the tick in "qualify from previous year" ;)
