Wolf patch question...help

Hi guys...

i have been playing pes4 for a month now n its amazing :rockman: Then i came to know about the wolf patch and i downloaded the first part (96 MB) .

My question is how do i patch the game with one file (sound.afs)....i have AFS explorer...also do i need all the parts to patch the game ?

Sorry for asking a basic question mods....pls help.
