Winning Eleven 7 not working

Hello!I have Winning Eleven 7 installed on my computer and isn't working.It shows on startup of the game logo of tehj konami and that stuff.But then when the Konami logo dissapers shows my screen black.Its just the black screen not showing something,no voice.My computer must then be restarted!!!I have Radeon 9000SE 64ddr and the new drivers and still can fix it???
Any way to fix this problem???
