windows7 Problems

After I Install windows 7 on my PC many Important Programs does not work like Creation Master, sound master, file master, PES 2009 Editor 2.8 .....
so I format my computer {only the (C) dive } and install Window Vista again
----first I install Vista sp2 and the previous problem still and neither of the above programs work!!!
----then I Install vista sp1 and the same problems still
I think that windows 7 still work on my computer although I format it!!!!!!!!!
---so is there any way to open the previous programs on windows 7, if not,
how I can remove windows 7 completely from my PC and install windows vista so every thing work again normally....thanx for all of you in advance.

Maybe (if you still have XP) you could boot with the xp disk then format the drive in the setup, then abort the setup and boot again with Vista then setup normally. If that doesn't work, I don't know what will.
