nope, PAL format used in Europe is different from the American and Japanese formats of NTSC

u can if u get it chipped. But no if it isn't chipped sorry bro the best thing i can tell u is to buy the PC version and get a gamepad controller like a ps2 one it will feel like if ur playing a ps2

I guess I will have to get the PC version, I usually buy my soccer (football, sorry! ) games for the PC, anyway. I can't imagine why I didn't think of that in the first place!
