hi! well EA released the forst patch that didnt fix the most known and regular bugs in the game like the fps drops,etc. Are there any plans to release a second patch? When?

Only EA can answer for definite, but past experience suggests that they rarely devote much in the way of resources to fixing problems with each iteration of the game, preferring to concentrate on the subsequent version.
