Will downloading Kits and Other non-official Patches not allow me to play online?

Will downloading and installing Kits via Kit Raptor and installing patches such as being able to view the side line refs cause errors while playing online?

I ask this because when I first got the game I was able to play online.

Then I downloaded several kits, boots, and other graphic patches. When I tried to play online, I would loose connection when the match was about to start.

I had to re-install and now its fine.

Any suggestions?

I have played online fine after downloading kits, shoes, balls, etc.

It shouldn't make a difference. Good luck!

thanks, it was probably another wierd patch that did it.

certain patches do that, if you got the refferee patch, then the game will lose connection but it should be fine if you have custom boots, kits, faces etc. also, roster changes will not allow you to play online.

That explains why I keep dropping. How can I remove the referee patch. There isn't an uninstaller, I believe. How can I get the referee patch uninstalled?

DOH!!! Nevermind. I just replaced the files with the originals to uninstall.
