Widescreen support for PES/WE PC

It comes as a Winrar file right?

Ok get the winrar and extract it to the Pro Evolutsion Soccer 5 folder.

Now enter the kitserver folder and just double click on all the setup's and install them or edit them.

With changing resolution open kload.cfg with wordpad or something and manually type the resolution you want.

it doenst work for me ...copied the files in pes6 folder ...run LOD .....and set them all on 5 ...saved ...says ok ........run pes6 and got still same detail :( ...what am i doing wrong ???

did you run setup.exe in kitserver folder? you need to run that, choose your execitable (normally that would be PES6.exe), and click "Install" button.

Sorry for being troubling yet again but why cant I choose my execitable when i load setup.exe?

you need to copy the "kitserver" folder inside your game folder. Then try setup again - it should then find your PES6.exe

im a little confused here guys

the widescreen resolution i want to chose is not on the list, i use a samsung HDTV for my pc monitor, and the widescreen res it supposts is 1360 x 768

I extract Kitserver into my konami/Pro Evolution Soccer 6 folder, install it to the PES6.exe yet i cannot chose this resolution

any ideas ?

in kload.cfg, uncomment the "dx.fullscreen.*" lines (remove the "#" marks) and put correct resolution there. Like this:

dx.fullscreen.width = 1360
dx.fullscreen.height = 768

Then, configure your game to play in fullscreen, using settings.exe (or you can just press Alt+Enter, to switch from windowed mode to fullscreen and back - just like with any other application). In fullscreen the 1360x768 resolution will be enforced by the kitserver.

Widescreen , thank god :lui:


Can see more of the pitch and it looks like (to me anyway) that the camera is a bit higher up .. well looks that way ...

Im happy with it ..
