A bit more work on the texture, especially part around the eyes a bit lighter and the mouth (sides). The quality is awesome. Really looking forward to see this ingame.
Depay face is very good! But I can't image how this hair would look, when you finish head. Long row of last matches Depay prefer simple rather short haircut (however last match he is appeared with one stripe cutted, looked like some "Cristiano Ronaldo" style) without any kind of mustaches or "bristle" - maybe little hair on his chin only. "Facehair" on your preview image is more looks like Chris Smalling (MU centre back) style 
But it is your work and vision, so any choice of Depay style would be appreciated!
