Why isn't anyone making an entire FIFA 2003 roster update?

I would like to know why roster makers like Treebeard and others not releasing a roster update for FIFA that will update all or atleast some of the big leagues like the F.A. Premier League, Serie A, etc , all or some of the big national teams like Brazil, England and maybe add a few more Rest Of The World and National teams in english. It's the middle of April now and I haven't yet seen a roster update for FIFA in english that would cover all or atleast some of the things mentioned above. The ones that are available only cover a specific country and league.

I think that the fact that there isn't a patch which updates everything would be a mammoth task for any patchmaker considering the vast amount of data in Fifa 2003

I'm currently making a roster update (in Access) for all the English clubs, it will include every single squad player for each club (right down to youth players, as long as they have a squad number they're in it!) But I've got exams coming up soon so I can't say when it will be ready!

a controlled site.

info out of people? username and email address is all u require to put in. so updates etc can be sent out

a 20 second registration allows the priveledge to access the site
