unless i'm mistaken, Morocco was going to host the 94 WC, but the fact that USA was also in the running is why they lost it. So maybe they'll get it this time.

I hope Morocco or even Egypt get it, and Morocco is every bit as caple of hosting as S.A., has a richer footballing history, and is a lot safer and hospitable for traveling fans.

Egypt might be a better choice than South Africa because of its historical sites which are bound to bring tourists in anyway. However I think South Africa will get the sympathy vote from FIFA.

I just thought about something. Now that FIFA is going to rotate the World Cup around the continents(Africa in 2010, South America in 2014, etc), do they consider Oceania to be a continent or are they going to conveniently forget about them when it comes to the World Cup, as they have forgotten about Oceania in every other matter?

I agree with everything u said, unfortunatelly FIFA only cares about the money, not always with the social conditions of the countries.
