I remember the old laced baldder balls they were like heading a brick wall and when wet if the lace came loose, they would whip you across the eye when trying to head the thing...


Just love the game in any shape or form ....

I just hate getting beat .. to the extent, if my son beat me I would say that his gamepad was better than mine or stupid things like that hahahaha

42! And been playing computer footy since International Soccer on CMB 64 which was circa, er, 1985!!

I was also the site owner and webmaster of the UK's FIFA sites, some of you may remember us it was fifaplayer.co.uk and scotland.fifa2001.com

My co-editor on the sites was even older than me and an avid footy game player, but I cannot tell you what age he is or he'll batter me :D

So you see, you don't have to be a teenager to enjoy a bit of pixelated ball pushing!

HINT:- If my co-editor is anything to go by, I will still be playing computer footy in 25 years ;)

23 years-old.

Haven't played much FIFA, since 1997, or any other footy up until this year, when I played 2003 for a while and WE6.

Since I've only owned a PS2 for about a couple months now, and don't have a PC (MAC), will only play FIFA 2004 or WE on console.

Back in 94 you where six years old.... you couldnt write couldnt walk but you say you played FIFA.

I know a few American's on Jolt Gaming's forum(Biggest Gaming ISP in the UK), they are between 30 - 50, and are into army games like Delta Force.

There is nothing to be ashamed of. :D

I think it just seems funny to people to see someone playing FIFA or video games in general at the age of 50 or so, that's because when they were young video games weren't around so it's not really part of their generation. However when this generation grows old I won't be surprised to see 60 or even 70 year olds gaming in the future, because it's part of this generation, everyone's growing up around them.

That's right. I'm 46 and discovered Fifa in 1998 and got addicted ! Thanks God, there were no footy games when I was a schoolboy because I would have bad notes at school :D
And I'm lucky to have a job ( music ) that lets me play Fifa regularly :p

I'm 28, and thought I was one of the oldeast members around,

I feel better now! Now I know alot more older people than me play Video Games COOL! That is true whoever wrote that we as the new generation growing up got to see our first video console like me, I first got the "INTELIVISION", then ATARI 2600, Sega, all Nintendos', PS1, and PS2.
