I think that if we can purchase a defensive mid that is elegible to play for us in the Champions League and Jonathan Woodgate can come back healthy.

If that doesn't happen it will be tough to do.

If not us, I could see Juventus or Chelsea winning the European Cup.

the problem with madrid is..

first coming back, like a good team, with high moral (not letting teams like Getafe make you loose control)

second, getting a good defensive mid that can play at the CL cuz all the good ones must be either at CL or Uefa cup

Barcelona are good enough to win , the only problem for them is their lack of squad depth , but if they buy well in January they should be Ok.
