Who Here Speaks Italian? I Need Help Installing the Serie B Patch Please

I have absolutely no clue how to install the Serie B patch. The read me is Italian only and the 0_text file is consists of seperate bin files and not an afs file.

Could someone please translate this read me carefully or maybe direct me to a site that explains it in English?

Aprite col Dkzeta lo O-Text e cliccate su”Importare tutti i files” indicando come cartella lo O_text della patch.Alla fine ricordatevi di salvare il nuovo O-text e sostituitelo a quello vecchio!
Analogo procedimento va fatto con I_text e O_Sound(dove importerete le cartelle dei cori)
Per le maglie basta che inserite le cartelle nel vostro Kit Server(l’ultima versione:quella che importa pure i guanti)
Per il database e i loghi delle squadre basta sovrascrivere il file opzioni nella sottocartella Folder 1 della cartella konami che il gioco crea nei vostri documenti .

My bad traslation :

Open with dkz studio the 0_text.afs and click on "import all files"
Import files directly on the patch's folder. Remember to save new 0_text.afs and overwrite it on the oldone...
The same procedure, it's for I_text.afs (for english e_text.afs) and 0_sound.afs (where you will import chants folders)
For the uniforms you must import yours kitserver's folders (the last version of kitserver; the one imports also gloves)
For database and logo's teams, overwrite your option file under cDocuments\KONAMI\Pro Evolution Soccer 5\save\folder1

Thanks for your help Energia but I can't get the Serie B kits to show up. (:/) The kits from this patch are all in seperate folders so I'm not sure if that's why I can't import them with the Kitserver.

Either I did something wrong or maybe I need to import the kits without the Kitserver, I don't know.
