Yeah a 10 minute mile isn't that good. If it was 2 miles it'd be good. Most people on my team do it at about 4 minutes.

I find that hard to believe considering the world record is 3:45-ish. (as far as I can tell). Unless most of your team is going to the olympics I'd think that 4 minutes is a little fast. 5-5:30ish sounds about right. (And even that is pretty damn fast)

You are wrong on how fast he and his teammates can run the mile. Do you time them. No you don't. You need to stop assuming what people can and can't do. All you seem to do is go around and tell people what achivements they can achive and what they can't.

I bet you are one of those guys who just sit up in the stands of a game watching it and saying you could do better but you are really 300 plus pounds and can't walk a distance over five feet without stopping for a food break or a quick breather.

Yep. You got me. His whole team are a group of professional distance runners. Everyone here is good enough to play in a Euro league if they want to.

And do you realize how hypocritical that 2nd paragraph is? You're doing the exact thing you're accusing me of.

My feet are too big to juggle with a ball (shoe size 46 in EU mesure). I'm tall and physically strong, so I'm no technicist. I just have to stop them :crazyboy: (centre-back).

But na, I just play with my friends every friday afternoon. I'm tall, strong and a good defensive unit but I'm also slow, and clumsy when not confident. So my teammates tell me to stay in defense. And I do, and I think I do a good work, especially when 100000% focused. I've already been nicknamed 'Nesta' for some great perfomances :mrpimp:

OMG, we were seperated at birth.:o

We have the same story except that my nickname is Luizinho.

Why do people judge ability on how many keepie uppy's they can do? How many players do you see running around the pitch doing keepie-uppy's?

I suppose it's good for working on 1st touch but thats about it.

Yea true bro

Keep ups ARE good for ur first touch though, and familiarising yourself with the ball

You can also look at it like

All the best players in the world can do millions of keep ups :p

My fault actually meant to put a 6, not the best number typing person. ;) There are people who can run up in the 5's though but overall average is probably around 6(we have some chubby dudes who play defence lol);)

Labas. All I know unfortunately :(. Left the country at age of 8 - too early for me to have picked up the language. I was raised on russian and went to a russian school. I'm from Klaipeda. Always asked my parents to help learn it but they kept saying it was useless to do it in america.

I watched a kid do 1245 juggles in Ukraine when i went there. It took him about half an hour almost but he definitely did that many. The sad part about this was that he was only 13 and my record at the age of 21 was 54. Oh well. theres still hope.
