At Juve:
Davids out, then just get any established midfielder.
Thuram out, (seems likely anyway) Nesta/Cannavaro. Thuram is old and out of managers plans so he is leaving probably, especially with Man U's interest. The defence has been bolstered already with Fresi and Ze Maria.
Tacchinardi out, replaced by a good anchor. Tacchinardi has a few clubs chasing him anyway.

I would to see Gilberto Silva going to Lazio. My team(Atlético Mineiro) needs money and my favorite european team is Lazio.

And I don't wanna see Crespo leaving Lazio. I don't care about Nesta, he's good but Lazio can find another good defender for half of his estimated price(not as good as Nesta, but Lazio also needs some cash and this is the best way, I think).

As you know I don't support any club, but suprisingly I would love to see Sven G Erikkson quit as England manager. His time in Italy has turned him into a Italian manager, I don't like his defensive approach of defending a one goal lead, It might suit Italy and Germany, but it does not suit England. We need a manager that can help us play more possesion football, I know England is capapble of playing good football, Sven approach is too direct. When he joined he said he was not gong to change the long ball game, the truth is we need someone that can change it and help us keep the ball down and improve the movement off the ball. Just look at South Korea, Japan, Turkey, Senegal, Engalnd have better players than them, yet they can't keep the ball like them, move like them, at least they play possesion football. I know we can't play total football like Holland or Brazil, but we need someone to start teaching us that it is the right approch to win games.

Sven is a good manager, and I appreciate what he has done for England. I just don't like his approach, he will do better if he becomes the Italy manager, don't they need one?


Someone like Gus Hiddink will do wonders for England, But I know that will never happen. We will probably keep Sven....

The two River Plate players you mentioned (Cavenaghi and D'Alessandro) aren't ready to leave for Europe. From what I heard River won't let Cavenaghi leave until atleast december, so there's a possibility he'll be with Juve after the christmas break.

D'Alessandro is still too young, I say a minimum of another full season before he's out. It really all depends on the economic situation and if River need the money; something i doubt.

Last thing, Montero is a world class defender, very stable in the back 4, He's also said in 2 years he's done and returning to Uruguay to end his career with Peñarol. Now that's he's only concentrating on club football i think he can do very well next season.

Though no one has talked about it if I were Ferguson I would readily agree to a swap deal of Ronaldinho 4 Veron with PSG. No one would pay 28 million for Veron now and 22 year Ronaldinho would be the perfect addition. Veron i think plays better as a defensive midfielder. Then he is not heavily marked and can put his trademark long balls. But with Keane, Butt already there we dont need him. I think a creative attacker like Ronaldinho would suit the predator- like instincts of Nistelrooy.

Very true grashed, i agree with what you say, Sven is a superb manager but is better as a manager in Italy or the Italian manager if he got the chance.

I think what you said about Gus Hiddink is right, someone like him would do wonders, look what he has done for South Korea, the way they play is superb
