Who do you use for crosses?

im asking this question because we hardly ever score from corners. Are players who are good with set pieces better at crosses or those who are good with crossing, or both?

And also what instructions do you give to your team with crosses?

crossing is the most important one from a corner, followed by set pieces, and then passing.

My team scores loads from corners. I have it set to give a cross in the 6-yard box. It works well But when Vennegoor left I don't have any good headers anymore, only Hofland

I have Robben taking a corner and van Bommel the other.

On my Strasbourg game I had Montolivo to take them. I scored about 15 goals from corners every season. Just put someone with good crossing to take corners

I have Trond Erik Bertelsen for corners(both sides as he can shoot with either foot)
Then Boumsong, de la Cuesta, Kapo, Tsigalko or Cisse heads them in.

So if you want to score out of a corner you must set a corner taker with good stats for Crossing and Set Pieces and then put players who are good in heading and jumping inside the 6 yard box

i tend to put my best header on the back post attacking, then i tell them to send the ball to the back post, works very well

Players with good crossing will deliver more acccurate balls from corners but i prefer a kicker who will curl it into the box cause its harder for the defense and sumtimes the keeper is left in no mans land ( like Dida today )

Robben is currently at Chelsea and is worth £20 million so trust me i won't be buying him.

I'm not sure what my settings are, I think it's far post.

The way it always works out (if I score, and i score quite a lot from corners) is that the ball is crossed somewhere on the goal line and one of my players just taps it in from the line.

Yeh same with me, it always seems like a scramble on the goal line, then it just gets tapped in.
