Will there be new “Rest of World” teams? If so, which teams?
There will be a total of 22 teams in Rest of World. They are: AC Lugano, AEK Athens, Arka Gdynia, Boca Juniors, Chaux-De-Fonds, FC Lausanne, Fortaleza, Gornik Leczna, Kaiser Chiefs, Mamelodi FC, Olympiacos CFP, Orlando Pirates, PAOK, Pogon Szczecin, Polonia Warszawa, Ponte Preta, River Plate, Santa Cruz, Sao Caetano, Wisla Plock, Classic XI, World XI.

(The 'Hidden Secrets' thread does list tons more ... however I asked VancouverBlade (he's an admin/mod on the FIFA UK forums and who works on the FIFA team) and he said it's probably because the database is shared with FIFA Manager, hence you see many teams on there that may not actually be in FIFA).

The quote above though lists the officially confirmed 22 teams in ROTW.
