you have to win the world cup with countries from different regions. Eg. Korea from Asia, Brazil from South America, England from Europe, Nigeria from Africa etc.
Note that oceania teams like australia are considered as "Asia". So no matter which team u use in asia or oceania, u will get the same team - the all-asian team.
