I am not very experienced with editing my WE7I J , the only thing I did patch was some X-Patch. Helped by a very detailed description I was able to do this 
I am not too satisfied with some chants, for instance the one from AC Milan is a bit weird. Sounds like only one supporter is chanting
I decided to look for a sound patch and found Solidus' J2K_CC_Patch_A10
I tried to import it in my DATA_S.afs (I have the spanish one) but it said the imported AFS-patch was too big.
The description is not very clear too: It skips from step 5 to 12
Just to show you:
0.- Apply any Mix or Patch before ..
1.- Unzip, unrar the patch.
2.- Extract the DATA_X.AFS from the WE7i.bin already patched with CDMAGE 1.02.1b
3.- Open the AFSEXPLORER 3 or below. Open the DATA_X.AFS.
4.- Go to 160GAME_SND.AFS, search the 160GAME_SND_S.AFS file. (in the end of the list)
5.- Select it.. Right Click or go to the Bar Menu and "IMPORT FILE".
12.- Search the Solidus J2K CC-Patch AIO.afs, Select .. OK
13.- Wait to be imported into the DATA_X.AFS
14.- Using CDMAGE 1.02.1b, IMPORT The DATA_X.AFS.
---> 15.- Check the .bin using ECC-REGEN..
16.- Burn the GAME..
13.- ENJOY
Also step 5 is impossible with my asf-explorer (version 3). Nothing happens when I right-click on that file. When I use the AFSExtracter instead, It says File too big.
