Ive got all the latest consoles and formats. A gameboy advance sp, a playstaion 2, an x-box a gamecube and a PC.

Ive decided that if Fifa 2004 is a good game i would buy it. But im not sure what format to buy it for.

The following shows the pros and cons i think the different formats will have.

Gameboy Advance version

Pros

1. Conveinent (can take it with you when you travel)
2. Great stero sound with headphones

Cons

1. Small screen
2. Graphics only 32 bit
3. Linking up with the cable can be troublesome
4. Lack of commentary because of gameboys cartridge

Playstation 2 version

Pros

1. Good graphics
2. Posibilty for online play

Cons

1. Only two player without multilink
2. Loading times

X-box version

Pros

1. Good graphics
2. posibilty for online play
3. Four player

Cons

1. Loading times
2. Big controller may cause problems for some people

Gamecube version

Pros

1. Good graphics
2. Posibility for online play
3. More textures
4. Four player

Cons

1. Loading times

PC version

Pros

1. Online play
2. Downloadable options
3. Good graphics

Cons

1. Controls can be hard to use with keyboard unless you have a controler
2. Not as enjoyable to play as a console version- It can be very inconveinent

Xbox, or just consoles!! I don't think PC's are great for getting mates round, at least with a console you can all crash on the couch, lol. :mrpimp: And get the bears in, but that hasn't happended in a long time no one wants to play FIFA 2003 who I know, hey...that odd!

EA says they "update" their fifa games every year but they still stay the same with only minor changes some of which are good some of which are bad. For example in fifa 2002 players where either left or right footed. For some unknown reason it was taken out! Why the hell did they do this??? Been left or right footed in football/soccer is realistic!!!!! SO Y TAKE IT OUT OF THE GAME!!!!!!!!!!! However the graphics do improve in fifa games which is the only good point i can think of to say at the moment!

Also I would like to add FIFA 2004 won't do well on PS2 because people will prefer to buy WE and PES.

If EA and Konami worked together to make a football/soccer game there would be no problems. With the license and graphics of fifa games and the gameplay of Pes/we they could make the ultimate game!

nah...FIFA graphics are nowhere near as good as Konami, animations and real body positioning is miles ahead in WE6 than any of the FIFA games.

The perfect football game would be Konami with a licence...

EA should give up their license they are obviously not good enough to have it. ppl would rather by konami's games even though they dont have the license.
