i think it's the cinematic 
because there's no Cinematic Fever (such for fifa2003). moreover even there are just too little efforts are putted into the cinematic by the developer itself. that's why we still get the SAME SAME SAME old cinematic as in fifa07. there aren't too much (and different) for this year 
i think the player's model is still bad too. just look at the head band, ankle tape etc it's like they're going to be off(?)
