Where's the best place to find/download WE7I PC patches/updates?

Stats, Rosters, Teams, Leagues/setups (if available) etc.

This is the entire point of buying WE7I on the PC, for me (I already own it on the PS2). All I can find are a few "kit" patches that seem to consist of little more than different boots and balls and other things I don't see the point of.

Direct link would be cool if that stuff is on a site like Evo-web, issextreme or this site, 'cause I've looked and couldn't find anything.

Oh, and one other thing. Can you install PES3 PC patches in WE7I? I'm pretty sure they're exactly the same game (different box), but who knows what little things Konami could have changed for N. America?
