Where is that 'frontend'???

I would think that the frontend is related to the first menu screen that shows up, but like you,i am still uncertain, is it the first menu, the team select menu or the menu down the road in the local chip shop ... Ned
Yo PhiLLer.. the frontend is indeed the main screen which initially appears when u load the game, the one with options, play friendly, practice ect. Just type in flares as soon as you get to this screen and when u start a game flares will appear.. works sweet for me.. enjoy

Actually, you may type in the cheats ANYWHERE outside the actual game (obviously not on loading screens)......
