where can i get information to edit club names, kits and flags for WE7?

As far as I know for we7:I - no any utility, because there is a new textures coding system.
Actually, this system is already decoded, but no utilities at this moment.

weditor was designed for we7 (ps2), pes3(ps2), pes3(pc).
It works excellent!
What type of mistake did u get?
To work properly u need some additional dll (don't remember exactly), suppose mscomctl.dll

hmmm wait it says

is that the same as the dll you mentioned?
