you have to edit the playerboots table.

editing the playerboots table is not the certain solution to get new boots. all you can do is activate the hidden boots in the game. actually we can add new boots by editing this table. but we have to know the new boots ids (on console versions) at least.regularcat;3789334 said:

catalogue & boots are not updating on pc like console versions.
