When Can I Transfer Players in ML???

I'm in week 25, and it doesn't let me transfer!!! WTH!!! When does the transfer window open. On the calendar, it says "Trans. 7 ---------- Yes"...dammnit!!!

From the beginning, til now. Every time, I check, and it's a "No transfer period"!!!

Ok...so i signed some players...how long does it take until they are on my roster? And also, how long until the players CPU took from me, are off my roster?

I went for Recoba and got him on the team roster for the next match, but the cost was huge 18,508 on a 5 year deal,and now it looks like the lack of team funds will send me broke .. :f***: unless of course there is a short period allowed in the game to make up for the shortage of funds.

About releasing players, i released 3 players the same time as the offer went out for Recoba. --

Nachtegal,Ostwald and Zamenhof, and when i checked the release list before the next match, only Zamenof remains, so i would assume that the other two are now gone.

I released Nachtegal,Ostwald, but placed Zamenhof on the 'offer' or transfer market, maybe that is why he is still floating around in there, also "you have probably already spotted this' in the Ml if you go to the Setup Menu, you will see a prompt for -->

'AI Tran Freq', there are 4 stars or levels, so again i would assume that the way that this option is set up would control the speed or demand of the AI transfer requests, also there is another option on that menu about 'Signing Difficulty' with a 1 to 3 star selection option, but wether or not this would apply to player only or AI and player, i don't really know as yet.

The other option on that menu is 'AI Quallity Signing' on a 1 to 5 star selection, so once again i would dare to assume that if this setting is set to 5 star, the AI would only chase up the better players when moving onto the transfer markets.

If anybody else here could help to shed more light on this topic it would be most welcome. :)

TRANSFERS AFTER Day 23 will go through, but You cannot get the playerrs till after the season is over.. during the late transfer window you need to sign them and wait till off season.
