they beat an U 23 team yes...something USA didnt do.
And we're all happy we won the Gold Cup because its a CONCACAF tournament...u know, the confederation we belong to.
And we r the biggest sh*t walking, no CONCACAF team has qualified to as many WCs as us, have won as many Gold Cups as us, or been to as many Copa America finals as us.

First off the Argentinians were in the Group of Death. Plus Bielsa was being a boludo by not starting Crespo and Bati together.
USA didn't beat U-23 Brazil because of a goal, where the guy was offsides. KaKa was offsides when the shot was taken and he hit the rebound in. But if you want to talk World Cup....2-0 remember that. Our A team versus your A team. Yeah 2-0.
BTW, past World Cups...exactly....USA is just now hitting its peak in Football. 2-0 Baby!!!!! Mexico is sooooo good that everyone was getting ready to fire the coach...please man if USA had Fredel,O'Brien,Sanneh,Pope,McBride (who got injured in 23 min),Reyna (at 100%). lol dude USA had almost all their world cup guys and didn't beat U-23 of brazil while Mexico had alot of new guys and won the cup! and that 2-0 game was crap, Mexico sold out big time plus the ref didn't even call a penalty when someone from USA did that BIG OL' HAND IN THE PENALTY BOX!!!!

I dont think that Mexican r overrated as they perform really well in WC2002
IMO Batistuta rightfully desreved his spot at the WC.
Saviola should have gone instead of injury-prone, old ass, Claudio Caniggia.
And El Romy Riquelme should have gone instead of that big eyebrowed player with the Muslim Name....Claudio Husain.

The USA owns Mexico. In our last 7 games against you, we are 5-1-1, and this includes kicking your asses in the World Cup. The Mexicans, aside from being by far the dirtiest National Team right now, are overrated and not the best team in the region. The won the Gold Cup by beating Brazil at la Azteca, with los hombres cheering los Mexicans on. However, the Mexicans can really only win there. When they came up to Columbus for a WCQ, the Mexicans froze their cojones off and got their asses kicked. The USA are the Kings of CONCACAF and a non-CONCACAF team is the reason they aren't the Gold Cup champions. Mexico has still done NOTHING to prove they are better than the USA.

Keller didn't play a minute in the WC. Bobby Convey, Corey Gibbs, and Richard Mulrooney didn't even play at the WC. Out of the Gold Cup Roster, only Landon Donovan, Brian McBride, and Claudio Reyna made singificant WC impacts. Brian McBride broke his freaking eye bone in the first half against Brazil. I'm pretty sure we missed him. Our significant WC contributers are A. either in Europe or B. injured. So don't say you were playing a bunch of new guys because the USA is too. And the WC game was crap? All Mexico did was pass and hold the ball. No real attempts on goal. Blame your stupid coach for bringing Barbie doll in so all he could do is flop. YOu're team is dirty especially that JERK Cuauhtemoc Blanco.
