whats the requirement for windowed CM03/04

my screen resolution is 1024x768 currently and i try to play CM window than in full screen cause i feel to do other thing while playing CM. when i was try to apply the setting. i can't works.

some one help me~!!

I think you have to use a resolution higher than 1024x768

Yes, as the window of CM 03/04 is 1024x768, you cannot have it windowed at that resolution, or lower.
The window would not fit on your screen, with the added borders.

I have 1024x768 and I play windowed.

Edit: I can only play windowed on the Rewired skin. However I know that I used to play windowed on my old computer, there is some file you have to edit but I don't remember which.

Yegnolds CM Tip of the Day

Run CM03/04 in windowed mode! It allows you to play CM and surf the internet at the same time without using silly keyboard shortcuts!

To do so:

Make sure your computer resolution is 1024 by 768. Go to you shortcut start up icon for the game and right click it. Go to properties at bottom. In the target box copy/paste this exactly, with the "'s WHERE THEY ARE

"CProgram Files\Eidos\CM 03-04\cm0304.exe" -small_screen

go > Edit Preferences make sure the "Full Screen" check box are uncheck. and cofirm. it works for me

You have to use a higher resolution than 1024 x 768. However, from other people's experiences i reckon running the game on higher resolutions ****s up with AI.
