every link i've clicked in that thread has been working fine so far.

its been telling me for 2 months now for file front links that files are unavailable.
so i dont know what you want me to tell you duong.
links dont work for me.

tried. that happens to certain files, but the largest part of the rest still work fine. why don't you just google the name of the tool/patch/whatever and look for alternative download links?

i have tried that already, i just want some new leagues.

i have the cep 7 for 09 but i dont want to install it.
then make patches, then re install fifa 09, then import everything all over again.

you know what i mean ?

can't you just ask the makers/creators of the patches/utilities?
