Well you kinda did, but i mean it was certainly an interesting time for footy games.

Despite DETESTING FIFA i maintain that FIFARTWC98 was a very playable and enjoyable game. It was more the fact that ISS Pro 98 felt like you were playing real football, with real colisions and real excitement when you scored a goal.

I guess after playing that, you realised that FIFA99 was just more of 98, and that the ISS Pro Evolution series (as it was called here) was just in its infancy.

After that EA concerned itself way too much about image and style, where as Konami got down to the bread and butter of what makes football - football.

Fortunately, I suck at basically every game. Only FM im decent at. This is all because I dont have really good reflexes and hand-eye coordination, I suck at all those shooters, etc. etc. That's why FM is one of the few games Im actually decent at, It doesnt require those qualities I mentioned above.

Probably the ability at gaming it's just about coordination ... for example I just can't play PC games like Warcraft or Counter Strike ... I can't use the keyboard and the mouse at the same time, but lots of guys are just robots at that.

Gamepads are the greatest invent in game history, however there are some crappy pads like the XBOX one, i can't play Xbox without my hand get swollen for its terrible shape ... PS pad rocks, simple and good.

Soul calibur 2 with Sophitia. I'm pretty much unstoppable. I have never lost when I use her UH-oH taunt

I used to be pretty damn good at Quake 2.. jumping over a ledge and shooting people in the head with a Railgun, with pin point accuracy in a split second, was my speciality

wow , yeah FIFA 99 was great, except it was so easy to score with the bike kick (100% goal)

I'm not sure if it's my age or something, i just havent got the hand-to-eye coordination to operate the analogue controls like you have to

I don't understand how kids nowadays can play them, the first thing i do when i hear about a new FPS is check that it's gonna be availible on the PC - if it isn't, then it wont be getting any attention from me.

And I'm still waiting for Halo 2 to be released on the PC, because I played the first one in PC and I loved it...but I ain't getting or borrowing a Xbox only for it...and with that sucker's controller. No way.

Even when people say that PES6 is to play on controller...is it? Or maybe I just mastered the keyboard too much...

Normally I do that and fail miserably. But the other day, i did it perfectly AND it was usefull AND realistic. I was well impressed with myself.
