What is known so far is that there IS a creation centre coming out and it is supposedly more advanced than the last one, which explains the delay.. It should contain 200 faces or more, but watching the game I'm a bit suspicious towards that.
Unofficially -> Ability to create tournaments, teams, leagues
Edit names, kits, flags, chants, captains, kicktakers, tactics. etc; Edit players weight, height, number, abilities, different accesories such as wristband, sockstyles etc.
The above is not confirmed though..
Matt mentioned something about the CC04 would be realesed in a month or so, this is what I've also heard
