What tactics/training do you use in your game with Arsenal ???

When I set training (by Dave) it seems everything going to be okay, but after a few games just 2-3 players seems to be better cause that training (Keown, Mexes and goalkeeper Lehmann, rest of them sucks
and mostly I have big problems with injuries

so anyones help is appreciated (offcourse who plays with Arsenal)

so post your tips, tactics here
