hehehe ... Very good opinion .... i'll give mine :

Azerbaijan ... not at all ... very hard
Greece ... they spent so much money in Athens, too hard to recover that money and lose it again
Italy ... Good option
Poland/Ukraine ... could be ... but if Euro 2008 will be in 2 countries, i dont think UEFA would like another following Euro in 2 countries
Russia ... too cold, but i think its summer there ... maybe but too cold ... and snow ... and i dont like a orange ball :p
Croatia/Hungary : same thing as Poland/Ukraine
Romania : could be also

... But my vote goes to Italy :rockman:

people, are you stupid or something? Too cold in Russia? Where the hell did you hear that from? Poland is like right beside it, but nobody complains about how cold it is. What do you want frigin Africa wheather with 45+ degrees celcius? Like i said 20-25 is a very good weather and actually better and easier to play in than in like 35 degrees. Can't believe you all suck in geography. It's is summer time in there for EURO's not winter :rolleyes: . And talking of orange ball is just :| . It's actually colder in England most of the summertime than in Russia, because of all the rains. What did you people learn in school :kader: :kader: :kader:


BTW if russia gets elected, the final will be played in this 85k seater:

at first i thought Italy but i agree with what Virgo's saying about growing smaller footballing nations so Poland/Ukraine get my vote.

Some place where it is not hot. When it is hot the players won't be able to give their maximum performance and get tired fast unless they play all of their games in the evening which is unlikely.

All the places where it is more than 30 degrees in the summer I say forget it, I can't stand heat and I hate the way the fields look when there is sun shining on it sometimes it is too bright in one area of the stadium and not bright at all in the other and it looks all f*cked up on camera.

Is just much easier to play when the weather is mild and there is a tiny bit of wind and the sun is not shining brightly into your eyes, especially if you are a GK you have to wear those stupid hats which don't help much, it just ruins the game for me. I just hate the sun.

the weather doesnt matter, its for the countries that need it most. And truthfully, Greece doesn't need it, and Italy doesnt need it..
First off, Greece just held a huge event and they are in debt. It wouldnt be fair if Greece won this bid, no offense to the Greeks but they are being selfish by trying to host another major event ESPECIALLY when they are in debt and will be for the next 10 years?

And Italy really doesnt need it, Serie A is one of the top leagues in the world..how will Euro in Italy give Serie A further recognition. I mean Italy is a great country, I would love ot see a event there, but maybe not for futball..they dont need it as much as the other nations that want to improve futball and their leagues, stadiums etc.

wtf? since when an international football event like the Euro cup was given to the most needed country??? thats the most stupidest thing ever.
so basically, you are in favor of going to a country like Azerbaijan (just and example) because lets face it, in june-july of 2012 Azerbaijan will be a kick ass country! but after that you'll be like: "whaaaat? i aint going again to that living hell. it was good while the euro lasted, now its all crap again!"
and of course, most surely that "needed" country will be left with a huge debt like greece.

this kind of tournaments are for the people to enjoy. not because its a good cause for a needy country.

you know we have the ONU and the red cross to take care of those countries, right?

UEFA (and FIFA) are football associations, not "make mankind better" coorporations.

this is stupid. the bid will go to the best country thats capable of hosting a greeat tournament. and out of all those countries, theres only one answer.
