what files does CC edit??

Can someone tell me if CC also edits DBE files??? I will appreciate very much if someone puts the list of files that CC 2004 edits. :)

Do you mean that if I choose Spanish CC i will edit spa.db ??
So if I want to make an installer for a patch I only need fifa.db and spa.db for the database???
