What files do I alter?

hey does anyone know what files do i alter to change stuff like the amount of fouls,referee stricness,more injuries and the green spot in the freekick meter?...and is there a special program to make those changes?...thanks a lot

yup, ini.big. the ai file in it to be specific. you need ea graph to extract the file (ai). sorry, forgot where i got my copy of the program.

don't think so. it's the only site where you can get it as far as i know. i could be wrong though.
