What controller do you ePSXe fans use?

I'm looking to pick up a new controller, as my current one is flipping out and not working anymore.

What I'm leaning toward right now is a standard PS2 controller with a PSX to USB converter for the PC. Can anyone who has used one of these recommend a particular model? I've found several different types on the net.

Also, for those who play WE2002/PES2 via ePSXe, does the right analog stick actually give 360 degree passing as I've read it does on the PS2 version? The right analog stick on my old Thrustmaster controller wasn't designed to function as those do on the PS controllers, so I was never able to know for sure whether that was included in the PSX version of the game.

Any suggestions (on USB converters, as well as different types of controllers) are welcome.

Axis

I use a pad called "Axis" which is identical to a PS2 controller. Very comfortable and the buttons are spaced perfectly for control. It has a USB lead for easy connection and Windows XP configures it immediately.

Does the 'Axis' have a functional right analog stick?

I use a PS1 or PS2 controller with the adapter.
