What are your feelings on the passing?

Do you think its better or worse than 09. I very often see my passing going toward a different player than the one I passed to when there are 2 choices, and the system doesnt always pass where you point the controller. Its like the system has already decided your pass and you have to work harder to get it to do anything else.
Im wondering if this is worse then 09 or the same.

I do still play 09 online and I cant say I 100% agree with you. The passing doesnt work as well for me and the switching is just as ****e.

Slow, sluggish and gameplay is too slow compared to FIFA 09 and i have it on the fastest setting, currently waiting for 'Onsche's Advanced Gameplay' for FIFA 10 =]

Are you people insane? I dont mean to cause offence but I havent bought fifa for years because its so unrealistic and rubbish! I just bought fifa 10 have been playing for two days and sure it looks good but where do you start?!
-The goalkeepers are invincible
-Defenders never fail to make a tackle
-All the goals scored you've seen before
-You get ten one on ones in a game
-Crosses are identical
-Jostling? Did the developers play footy? -
when do players run down the touchline holding hands?
-When you have the ball you feel chlostrophobic with four defenders round you in seconds.
-I could go on but yet again will be reverting back to pro!
-It might not have nice kits but at least its like footy!

Lol, Shearer, I would say that you're bad at playing which is making you think that the game is invincible, I can easily beat Manchester United with Inter at the toughest level, if you would ask me, I would say that they need to make the skill levels much more harder, the kits are nice, looks like you want it perfect, which is impossible, all the defenders never go at you at once, they stay with their man marking, but anyway, as for the passes, I haven't noticed much differance to FIFA 09

Oh it does have faults and no one will tell you different. Im waiting for you to tell me a decent alternative to playing football on the PC?

The speeds fine for me but I do find it a bit unresponsive, like a laggy online game.

passing fifa 10 is bad........however, thru ball, is better in some way..fifa 10 thru ball can make a nice passing thou

Takes too long to charge the power bar up which makes the game slower, if im trying to get a free kick i run with the ball and pass at the last second, when a tackle comes, but it passes too late and i just lose the ball =[ It's the same with shooting, you hold down the bar to side foot round the keeper but it doesn't shoot in time and the keeper just gets the ball!

The power up is longer for sure and I cant see how Paolino says the passing is the same. EA,s Luke Didd said the passing was going to be tweaked and I definately feel a difference. On two occasions yesterday I tried a lobbed pass and it went to an opposite player to where my controller was pointing. If you want to pass to the player further away you have to hold the button much longer, and somtimes it still goes to the nearer player. However, I wouldnt say it was bad, I wish it would just take my controller instructions.

fifa 09 slow reaction...fifa 10 hav a very good gameplay,in hiding,goalkeeper reaction and the through pass..im very like ..i think fifa 10 much better than pes 2010 gameplay and fifa 09 too.
