What are the correct club names for the 'fictious' clubs in the PES2 game

I know this has probably been asked so apologies as I'm new to PES2--i LOVE IT BTW.

If someone would be so kind to tell me what the real names of the clubs are it would be really appriciated. I.G I know 'London' are Arsenal and 'Europort' are Liverpool but struggling with teams from outside the UK.

If someone would please tell me what the proper names of the stadiums are that would be very kind too.

Thanks for the team info, i got the game today and was wondering about the Team Names, and the Holland Team with a box full of oranges as named players, oh well now it's into some hard case editing i reckon. --- ==============================================
Laugh, and it seems that the Japanese game designers are lacking in there knowledge of English Geography ==

West Ham- Lake District -- over 200 miles adrift with this one.
Aston Villa- Dublin -- Wrong Country

Paris is not in the Normandie.
Valencia is not in Andalucia.
Rome is (i believe) neither in Umbria nor in Abruzzi.
Hamburg is nowhere near the Rhine river (as "Rheinland" suggests).
Bayern ("Anhalt") is in Bavaria not Saxony-Anhalt
and Buenos Aires is certainly not in the Argentinian Pampas
