What about PES2 for PSone??

PES2 PSONE

Im still in the dizzy heights of PSOne gaming, so I strolled into GAME today and they've been told they can sell there copies of PES2 for PSOne. Hoorah. So I made my purchase.
:p

Its all a little bit more shiny, the menus are nicer, and there are more players to choose from, including 32+ items of fruit. Its not all that different from PsOne PES, but if you only have ISSPES2 then its worth buying. Stats appear to be more up to date (Beckham is a god now).
The game engine is now more fluid, though looks the same, the AI is a bit more challenging + theres more teams.

One odd thing, I swear the first few times a took a free-kick with Beckham he had a personalised style (like Carlos), but now it seems to have disappeared. (Perhpas I was in the nasty default view) :rolleyes:

More pes2 psOne

pes2 for the psone is probably as good as it gets for the psone (I believe). though its annoying there are still no club teams available for exhibition, though you can play your master league team against national sides now. The menus are nice, but only about 2/3 have been updated, the rest remain from ISSPES2/PES. At £20, I might take it back, then Im 1/9 the way to buying a PS2 with PES2. : )
If anyone knows of any websites with more info on this game (cos I can't find any) I'd be greatful if you told me.

ok, then i guess it isnt like winning eleven 2002 for psxone if u say its like isspe/pes:(except for they seem to have copied the A.I from winning eleven which is good.

hey flakker did you play a we-game before and if yes,could you tell me differences between we2002 and pes2(especially are the player bigger than in we2000 or 2002).and did i understand you wright that i should buy it when i just have ISSPE2?(my english isn´t very good)

Well, the in-game graphics are almost identical. The players are not bigger.
I think that unless you are a hardcore ps1 gamer like myself, you should not buy this game and instead save the money to buy a ps2.
