Alex of WEndetta told me that they have used tool of pegasus (a WEndetta's member) to release this patch; I haven't any news about a public WE editor by kmochida... :ewan:

However this is the international forum of WEndetta's team...

Yes i have AFS Explorer 3.6 and i tried everything.Can someone explain it with details how to patch? I really want this patch,especially for the mobile addboards :)

I've patched everything fine but for some reason the commentary for the English teams is still the same, does the patch change them?

the patch don't touch the commentary (e_sound.afs or i_sound.afs or s_sound.afs, or g_sound.afs :fool: )
The patch initially was created only for playstation2 for WE8, with original japanese's commentary (john kabira), and now was converted and adapted for pc version that have too many commentary (for each language) to patch them...
The patch touch the sounds of all game (0_sound.afs), but not the commentaries files

How complicated to just fix a simple patch. Why not just replacing files with others. Damn so stinky procedure!

AFP files are file for patches created with AFs explorer...Use the menù Import patch... one time you have loaded the AFS file to patch...

Before importing the afp files in the afs files use this procedure:
1. Open afs explorer
2. Go on menù: File/Configuration... and select "ignore descriptor's length" (Active)
3. Open the AFS you must to patch
4. Go on menù: File/Update...
5. Return on menù: File/configuration... and deactive "ignore descriptor's length"
6. Close Afs Explorer 3.6

8. Open the AFS you have updated
9. Apply the AFP that have the same name of his AFS file (menù: Action/import patch...

Extract the file OPMOV and re write it up the original
Extract the WEndetta's WE8.exe and re write it up the original

Now download the fix 2.1 and patch it with the same procedure, for eachone of afs.files; while for the exe 2.0 wendetta, you must apply on it the fix 2.1 in PPF format with the ppf o matic 3.0 tool..

good patch i like it. not fm stats. been looking for something like this. sad theres is no nelsen for blackburn. and pedersen became worst. :nape:

i also have this problem.It usually crashes back to the desktop after exiting from matches and the loading screen....very annoying!!!
Energia, do you have any solutions??

No solutions, I've not problems with patch... It could depend from your configurations pc....

i don't think its my pc configs....other patches work fine but this one randomly crashes to the desktop....
here's how I patched it..
Wendetta 2.0
1.Open 0_text.afs via AFS Explorer 3.6
2.Import patch->0_text.afp->rebuild AFS
3.Import patch->0_sound.afp->rebuild AFS
4.Import patch->e_text.afp->rebuild AFS
5.copy WE8.exe to game folder and overwrite original
Wendetta 2.1
6.Import patch->0_text.afp->rebuild AFS
7.Import patch->e_text.afp->rebuild AFS
8.Open PPF-O-Matic->Open ISO->WE8.exe
Open PPF->We8.ppf

Thats how I patched it...
Are there any errors here?

Never mind.I managed to to repatch it correctly. It turns out I didn't do the "ignore the descriptor's length" thingy.....
Working fine now.
Awesome chants!!!! but the roster is a little incomplete....missing some players
Anyways, keep up the good work

open with afs explorer 3.6 for example the file 0_sound.afs, and after you opened it, go on menù FILE and scroll to UPDATE...

save it overwriting the same 0_sound.afs
