fifa 22 players on the field and lots of crowd.. and a lot of stadium detail..

well we are fed up with ea because i have given up completely on them ever making a good soccer game. i really doubt they are trying to please everyone and over the years its now obvious that ea will never make a satisfying game for majority of us. if they listened to us carefully then they wouldn't have trouble making a proper soccer game but they can't even put or wants into perspective

Why dont you guys who criticise FIFA, try implementing all of the features that statisfies everyone on this planet.

Making a game with million-dollar budgets does not mean that it will have to satisify everyones needs.

There are time constraints that prohibits such features.

So guys, don't sook. They are trying their best!

yea time constraint my ass, so are you telling me the guys that work on Winning Eleven dont have time contraints too but yet they make a better game. And EA dont listen to anything we say becuz if so why did they take away TRAINING MODE, IN GAME MANAGEMENT, and many more stuff from older fifa games just to put it back in fifa2004. And i can bet you in Fifa2005 they will put creation center back on console and put back some other stuff. Maybe in 2006 they will put back indoor stadiums. Then in 2007 they will finally put in WEATHER then take away training again because of what?? TIME CONTRAINT, i wish i could use that excuse at school

Some people just log on in order to say things without meaning!
All I read is "Fifa sucks" or "EA sucks".Well OK it's your opinion.But why don't you use some intelligent arguments."PES 3 is better than Fifa" is neither intelligent nor an argument.
Also what I cannot understand is why every year the same people are whinning about FIFA but at the end they are buying it.Are they retarded.When you say you don't like sth you don't go and buy it!!At least that is what mature and logical people do!!

Many of you are asking for a more realistic gameplay.If you want realism go out and play real soccer.Or is it too difficult and fearfull for you to get away from your computers.PCs are a mean of alternative entertainment.Life is not lived in front of a computer screen.Play FIFA or PES when the weather is bad or when you have nothing better to do.If you really like soccer go out with friends(if you have real friends) and play.

Get a life!!!Don't spend your time whinning about a computer program!EA is a company and naturally they don't want to offer a 100% perfect soccer game cause they wouldn't have to create something new every year.This is how money roll!!Last but not least,FIFA and PES are games.You play them to have fun.So they must also have an arcade feel.

I do like to play football in real life but also like computer games, and i do want realistic gameplay everywhere is it too much to ask?

No it's not much to ask but we should never forget that computer games are products.Products of any kind are means of profit.For the good of the company they must never be perfect.For example if FIFA 98 was perfect,why should you buy FIFA 99.Better graphics and updated rosters are no big reasons.Patch makers would have made the latter.As for graphics you would wait for FIFA 2003.But then EA would have less income.That's why FIFA series is not perfect.Also don't forget that simulating real life situations is not an easy task.Hopefully every year FIFA is getting better.I never said it's perfect.

Why does the FIFA vs PES discussion allways has to be about gameplay? Simple! Coz that's the only thing PES is better at... I'll be honest, I've never looked forward to a game so much as I am for FIFA 2004! It's just a matter of what entertains you! I don't care if the gameplay sucks! I've been playing football for 5 years, and there's any game that satisfies the realism of real football, so I allways pick games for the other content! Authenticity is the key word! Real teams, real stadiums, realistic training mode, real-life-like career mode! Those are the things that enthusiasm me as a football computer game fan, not the gameplay! There isn't and there will never be a complete perfect gameplay, not even close... but FIFA has become real close to other aspects of reality this year....

True, no one ever complains about the ISS and WE commentry. Anyone who has played FIFA will find the commentry is more realistic and doesnt repeat "England Manager say" or "Home Team Manager says" a sh*t load of times in one game. Motty & Co are the best commentators in the business in terms of sports commentry. Even its rivals, Madden can't provide such quality.

As terms of gameplay, aren't they improving?
-You guys wanted a larger pitch - You got it in 2001 since.
-You guys dont want purfect passes, and a pinball like game - well, that has been improved.
-You guys wanted the ball to be independent of the players foot - you got that in 2003 since.
-You guys wanted shooting to be more complex, well, they are improving, like adding a shot bar - since 2001.
-You guys wanted more stadiums to enhance gameplay, you got more stadiums - since 2003.

So EA's FIFA is imporoving by year, and they should take some credit for it.

and that my friends, explains that fifa is a franchise. Besides, if FIFA made their games perfect, then it would get boring anyways, since you can't edit and it would just get repetive.

What we should want is for EA to sit tight for more than year and make a good game.

As long as we buy the crap EA sells each year though we will always just get more crap next year.

To label the game as crap is harsh in the extreme. In your opinion it may not be as good as your beloved konomi games but in plenty of other opinions it is a great release and a big step forward. If you think its crap, dont buy it.
I dont see why you people are getting so cranky over this, no one is forcing you to buy FIFA and you have already come on here spouting the glories of your WE and ISS so stick to them if your not happy with FIFA.
