Weird error with substitutes

I searched through the Support forum but didn't find the answer so forgive me for starting a new thread. Every time I bring on a new player, he looks like the Phantom of the Opera. What is wrong?
Also sometimes players turn white. So far the game hasn't crashed though.

My game generally runs smoothly. I have 44 zdata files and I've only added some fonts, kits and boots. My fifa.fat's size is 252 KB.

I'd appreciate if anyone could help me. Thank you!

That happens, when you substitute a player who has 2g hair, or you substitute a player and one of your men on the field has 2g hair.

It's not right Ansem. This happen when player graphics of the subbed player are 1g and the other has 2g or viceversa. Just keep only 2gf textures for faces (512*256) and 1g for hair (128*128). Not only hair but both graphics can give that problem ;)
