how do I upload the files of the game for this for WE7I??

i went to >>File >>Load Data >>Winning 11 7 I >>dat >> and theres no files in there? and it doesnt open

i believe you have locate the folder where the .exe is, since thats what weditor edits, which is your Konami/WE7I (default)
