WE9 KITS......Just an idea

ok.... correct me if im wrong, but from what i can gather you cannot insert 'proper' kits into the afs of WE9. I think it has something to do with licenced teams and non licenced teams.
Does this mean that you can replace the kits of licenced teams with a 'proper' kit????

if so then this might work for giving non licenced teams 'proper' kits:
(this is just a wild guess.....i know nothing about kit encryption!)

ok here goes..... in pes4/we8 someone (can't remember who..) replaced the kit templates in the in-game editor shirts/shorts/socks...with nike ones etc.

so based on this idea, could it be possible to replace the in-game kits editor templates with edited ones

eg. replace the shirt templates with a modified shirt, replace the shorts with modified ones etc

so that when you go into the in-game editor and select a shirt/shorts/socks tempate it would show as original man utd/liverpool/ect. shirt shorts socks eg.

don't know if anyone has tried this...and remember it's just an idea...but maybe somone could try it and show the results.

regards
Terry

I don't think so it will work.
Templates to use in in-game editor have to be in specific color pallette to set any color to them. If you insert full kit, you'll get ****.
But I read somewhere on EvoWeb proves, that there is place for kits for each team in afs file. Maybe (that's my idea) licenced kits are in afs and for unlicenced team are inly places to we could import proper over them :D

fair point......but what if the 'proper' kit had no colour/white and just had the specific design....for example man utd home shirt coloured white but has the logos/sponsor/badge already on it then we would just have to change the colour in the in-game editor
