We8 Pc Is Too Much To Figure

I regret selling my xbox WE8 for the pc version I had my xbox version all update from action replay in less than 5 min now with this pc version its way too complicated if you dont know what you are doing and all i read is all these files what files and where on my pc hd lol how the hell can some one update the pc version there no guide in explaning how and where to go i'm sorry I made a big mistake in taking on this pc version now i'm stuck with it becasue i sold my xbox version what a fool to do this im so piss that im ready to sell this crap and take my lost and get some money to buy my xbox version back

Its funny that you can download a patch that is like 400mb, and the file that tells you how to install it is corrupt.

All you do is copy the 0_text.afs from the patch, into your data folder, copy the option file to your save folder, and bobs your uncle, a patched game :boohoo:

what happen was that the winrar i was using was no good i downlaoded a new version and the file open ok but i dont know how to add then to my WE8 game i'm new at this this is a lot different from the xbox version also there is no guide in the wolf file to let you know how t oinstall the file there are a lot off files i see some for pro evo and we8 and some other files all i want to do is update my game play online and have fun i got this game yesterday at 7pm now its another day and nothing is going on no update no online play this is way too much time to get it going

I think you only downloaded the option file and not the patch. You also need to download Wolf's patch which is here...

Download it(all parts) and extract the asf files to your dat folder from the first rar file.

Thanks i'm downloading the patch now they are like 8 files so what do i do after i download them where do they go also after this patch is there more stuff to downlaod to get rollin

The Wolf FM2005 Version X Option File

This will DEFINITELY be the last option file release from me until after the August 2005
transfer window has ended.

Contents:

- 100% Correct team/player/stadium names.
- Stats updated from Football Manager 2005 database.
- Over 500 additional new players created with FM2005 data.
- Correct player call names (where available).
- Leeds United replace PES United.
- Fenerbahce replace WE United.
- Duplicate players removed.
- Updated hundreds of face/hair appearances.
- Transfers up to date to the end of the January 2005 transfer window.
- Correct line-ups and formations (as close as possible) from official websites and recent games.
- Updated Serie A line-ups and formations.
- Updated Dutch line-ups and various other corrections.
- Unreal players from PES & WE United teams edited over with real players.
- Unreal players from youth player list in Masters League replaced by real life players.
- Retired players in Shop replaced by current real life players and unlocked.
- Everything unlocked except for Classic teams.

Also Included:

- para_we8.bin file to import into your 0_text.afs file (this ensure you have the correct data
for online and Masters League games).
- AFS Explorer 3.4 to import the para_we8.bin file.
- EditPES4OptionFile 1.1 (by Yannick) with FM2005 database so you can do your own editing.

How does the online works i went to client and it says searching for ip but there is none and i had to reboot because i couldnt get out of the screen i have firewall and router i heard about a server to downlaod to play with people whats that about

Thanks for hookin me up i'm happy now there was a read me file in the patch so i copy what needed to be copy and the team are updated with real player names this is a great job wolf did now what do i do with the other optionfile what is that about now also i need to check out the online how do i get online to try my first game thanks again the kits here are a lot better than than the ones i had on my xbox thats for sure

to try and answer one of ur questions; pes4launcher is real useful to find players (and help), so try that. someone posted the url already. if u have problems hosting or clienting cos of ur router or firewall (or both), there are likely loads of threads already on that so try searching this forum.
